To our readers, we have reworked the feed so that it can be subscribed to in iTunes.  To add The 316 to you podcast feeds, open iTunes, click advanced, subscribe to podcast and paste in http://www.sunn.wordpress.com/feed this will place The 316 into the podcast directory in iTunes and allows you to get SUNN onto your iPod.

Tentative Calendar set for Oral Arguments

An approximate calendar for oral arguments in the  Supreme Court’s have been released for the current docket.

  • October 25th Crawford v. Marion County Election Board
  • November 1st Planned Parenthood v. Rounds
  • November 8th Medellin v. Texas
  • November either the 13th or 15th Boumediene v. Bush
