Decisions for Certiorari are in!

The Supreme Court announced today the cases that they are going to hear for this term. They have decided to grant Writs of Certiorari in the cases of.
- Boumediene v. Bush
- Crawford v. Marion
- Medellin v. Texas
- Planned Parenthood v. Rounds
In the case of Planned Parenthood v. Rounds the Supreme Court has decided that it will only decide the first amendment question that the petitioner has raised. Now that the docket has been determined stay tuned to SUNN as we will break down each case in detail.
Thumbs Up Thumbs Down Part 2

In this article, I will examine another case up for review by the Supreme Court. This case will be Snyder v. Louisiana. I will give my own personal opinion on whether the Supreme Court should hear this case or not. A writ of certiorari in the case of William Crawford vs. the Marion County Board of Elections has been submitted by Crawford’s representative, Brett Pugach. Pugach submitted the writ to the Supreme Court Early Tuesday morning.
