NAACP weighs in on the case of Snyder v. Louisiana

Tonight the NAACP has flied an Amicus Curie brief in the case of Snyder v. Louisiana. The organization is supporting the petitioner’s claim that the handling Mr. Snyder’s case violated the 6th and 14th amendments.
